We no longer lease out these apartments on a daily basis, but on 'long term lease' only.

We offer a selection of 3 tastefully furnished Apartments from the well known and ideally placed apartment buildings An Der Welle, Sand & See and Am Strand.  One Seafront and two only a mere 200m walk from the main beach.

As self catering accommodation all three apartments are fully equipped with every convenience including stove, fridge, microwave, washing machine etc.  In walking distance of town centre, the museum, the post office, the casino and restaurants.

Crockery, cutlery, bedding and towels are provided in all accommodation units. All apartments are serviced daily. Transport to and from airports can be arranged and a warm welcome and hospitable reception is guaranteed.

An der Welle is a new luxurious, two bedroomed, sea-facing apartment with breathtaking views of the ocean, in a prime locality, 50m from the main beach of Swakopmund. It consists of a sunny balcony, large living room, open-plan kitchen, and two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. An der Welle is comfortable and tastefully decorated especially for the longer stay.

Sand and See is a new apartment block, one along from Brigadoon.
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is a real seaside apartment, beautifully
furnished in blue and white. An open plan kitchen and living room with dining table in an enclosed patio all adds to the holiday mood. Location is excellent, and despite no sea view, it is only 200 metres from the sea.

Am Strand is a luxurious and very spacious 3 bed roomed garden apartment, with 2 bathrooms. It has a spacious living room and open plan kitchen, and is very close to Brigadoon B&B, 150m from the beach and is north facing.
